SurinderSingh and deportation

Hello all, if possible I would like some advice from some very knowledgable people here. I have searched and searcged but cannot quite find anything similar.

Can a person married to a british citizen who has fulfilled all freedom of movement rights in an EU country for over three years (including working and giving birth) apply to return to the UK through surinder singh BUT if there's an extant deportation order in place, albeit with about 6 months left on it until the 10 years period is up and you can apply for a revocation.

Original offence was handling stolen goods 24 months sentence served 12 months followed by deportation. Since then worked, married had kids etc no wrongful activity.

Does anyone know or can point in the right direction if there's some previous information about this

Thank you all very much in advance
