I applied for my pre settled status and the application go through ok, after 3 weeks i received call from home office saying that they will give me pre settled status, since then I haven't received anything at all no email or call to show me my status even when I go to view my status its showing under process, another question I heard alot doing thier biometric I haven't received anything about biometric is that normal.

do you have UK Residence card ? is it like Credit Card so then it's Biometric card. And you don't get another Card under EU settlement. Your status will be online only. In future you can convert that

You have to wait . Some people waiting 2 month after Home Office Called and some few days. I waited 10 days after Home Office called me
