Is one of the eligibility ; Your family member does not have to hold a UK immigration status under the EU settlement scheme.

2.Receipts and invoices for visa payment
3.Appointment letter and Application form
4.Birth certificate
5.Passport Ghana
6.TB test certificate
7.Copy of sponsors EEA Passport and visas to Ghana
8. Permanent residence and EEA EU settlement scheme
9.Sponsors Birth Certificate
10.Copy of sponsors Uk drivers license
11.DNA test results
12.EEA national employers letter
13. EEA national HMRC letter from 2017 - 2019
14.EEA national payslip for 10 months
15.Family pictures
16Sponsors council tax
17. Proof money transfer 2016 - 2019
18.Proof of telecommunication
19 School letters
Please advise me
