PR application for Family members of dual British and EEA nationals

Hello,

I am a dual British and EEA national. My husband (Hungarian) would like to apply for PR then for Naturalisation as a British Citizenship.

We would like to apply for his PR with me being his sponsor. He has been in the country for over 10 years however as he is self-employed we thought it would be easier for him to apply as a family member.
We were married in 2014, lived together since 2009.

I have downloaded the application form EEA(PR) but as we started feeling the form in we realised that this might not be the form we need. Surely, as I am now a dual national I don't need to fill in all my travels for the last 6 years or my work history etc. On this form it states that you ca apply as a Family member or extended family member of EEA national. Did we miss something, are there any other way to apply if you are a family member of a British / dual citizen? or Is this the right form for us?
Can anyone help/ advise which forms we need to use?

Thank you
Luca

Why not simply apply for the EU Settled status for him which is only based on residence and not exercising treaty rights??

To extend what CR001 is saying, if your husband wants, he can apply for naturalisation straight after settled status as he is married to a British citizen. No point in PR here others need.

Thanks for your reply. I look into this. I was made to believe that you have to wait one more year to apply for Naturalisation once you applied for settled status. I will look into further. Thank you

The 1 year requirment is only relevant if you are NOT married to a British citizen.
