Submitting certified translations

Hi all, I have a question about document scanning.

Some of my certified translations are stapled together, and the certification is on a separate sheet (because the document is too long for one page). The pages are then folded and stamped in one corner so that when stapled together, it's clear that they belong together.

I know the TLS Contact centre will remove the staples for scanning, which would separate the certifications from the translations – I thought this could mean UKVI would not accept them. Any experiences?

Thanks

I had my marriage certificate translated on the separate page and bundled with ribbon, so was impossible to separate.

I was doing all scans myself, so was just bending the pages and scanning on the glass one by one. Didn't have any issues with EEA FP, so I'm sure this won't be a problem for you.

Ah right, so it's also possible to scan your own documents for the EEA FP?

Yes, scan and upload yourself without paying additional fee at VFS. Also based on some stories here, VFS isn’t always good with scanning. This way you can make sure that everything uploaded.
