Hi,
Does anyone have an idea for the application for eu settlement scheme family permit for stepmothers? I have successfully done it for my mother but not sure if stepmothers are regarded as family members.

Stepmother is extended family member.

She has to apply through the EEA route (EFM) first. As Extended Family Members have to show an EEA card before applying under the EU Settlement Scheme.
