Hello,

I am a non EEA citizen and have been in UK for ten years. I married my EU partner 7 years ago.

I got settled status , ILR under EU settlement scheme six months ago. I already hold permanent residence card of 2 years.

If I divorce my partner what happens to my settled status? Do I need to notify HO and apply for a different type of visa? What are my options?

Divorce would have no effect on your immigration status. If you have a BRP, as opposed to a PRC. you would have to notify the Home Office of any change of name.
