I need advice and will be very thankful !

I am non eea family member of eea national with Permanent Resisdence + Settled Status under EU Settlement Scheme.

Now I have been together with my EU spouse for 8 years. Our relationship is deteriorating, in worst case if I end up moving out , what kind of documents would I need to secure off EU national/Spouse ??
Should I make copies of her passport ? Proof of address ?

Anything? Or I am fine on my own as I have been granted settled status under EU Settlement Scheme ?

If you have full PR & full Settled Status then you are no longer relying on your sponsor. So no need to prove the relationship.
