Hi friends, I am new at forum,I have got residence document recently as an extended family member visa on my brother base.
My first application was made as an EU extended family member in january 2015 ,which was not approved that time, the case remained in litigation (CoA) around 4 years, June 2019 the consent order signed with both parties and residence documents issued to me.
Here I would like to ask you some questions
1- what status i am eligible (settled /pre settled) my first application was made on March 2015, which is nearly 5 years, so how the period will count for settled status.( dependency on my sponsor has more then 5 years as an extended family member of same house hold and financial dependency.
2- On pre settle status can i able to bring my Non-EU spouse? (Yes/No)
3-After getting the Settle status could i able to apply for my Non EU Spouse Visa, if yes still need to show 18600 annual income as people showing in UK law category or not?

Counts from date you got your residence card. So you will likely only get pre-settled status.

No.

Yes and yes, under the UK immigration rules meeting the requirements.
