Hi all,

I was granted BRC based on durable relationship in 2015 with an EU citizen. That relationship ceased to exist in 2016.

In 2018, i married another EU citizen living over 10 years in the UK.

Last week, I applied to pre-settled status using the BRC from my previous durable relationship in the identity section. But In the sponsor's section i have entered my current's wife details.I applied before her with: wifes passport, rent agreement and marriage certificate.

After numerous call to the resolution centre about my case, they have told me over and over that it should be fine as long wife's application goes through for settled status.

is anyone familiar with a case like this? or have any idea what they might ask if they ask anything?
Are they going to ask for the old BRC and send a replacement?

Cheers.

You do realise that between 2016 when your durable relationship ended and 2018 when you married an EU citizen, you had no legal status in the UK.

You also stated in 2017 that you had a girlfriend who was planning to apply for citizenship, said girlfriend the one your RC was based on.

Based on your previous posts, HO is likely checking your full history and that of your previous partner.
