I apllied on EEA EFM
My Application is refused bcoz of dependency
I have came on tier 4 genreal visa In 2012
And my sponsor came in 2016 the main reason they saying you need to join ur sponsor and they put
Referance case moneka .
Kindly help me

Extended Family member applications based on dependency are always tricky. I gather you entered the country years before your sponsor.

Please share the refusal letter. Hide your personal details and case number.

You can qualify if you entered before your sponsor, provided your sponsor was an EU citizen before you arrived and was providing support to you prior to entry.

Your application has been considered under regulation 8(2) of the immigration (EEA) regulation 2016 As Amended. You have not provided adequate evidence in support of ur app as th EFM of a person excerising treaty rights in the uk.
However you have not provided adequate evidence that you were dependent upon or residing with your EEA or Swiss national sponsor prior to entering the united kingdom.
The case Moneke (EEA- OFMs) nigeria 2011 UKUT 00341 (IAC) States .

Yes i provide but my sponsor become EEA citizen in 2015 the only issue they raise that According to EEA law you need to join ur sponsor . But here i came in 2012 as tier4 G
And my sponsor become citizen in 2015 as he become citizen he join me in uk.

Im become dependent ffrom childhood
But my sponsr he became citizen kn 2015

And my sponsr he running a construction firm
