EEA Route application

Hello , i am an EEA national living in the UK , my spouse has applied for her settlement visa on the 8th November from outside the country , we recieved the Email of the confirmation on the 13th November
It has been 2 months ( 45 working days) since we applied
My question is can somebody give me some peace of mind and tell me how long your decision times were and should i call or not bother because i see other people saying they will just recieve an automated answer anyway
