Hello all,
Can anyone answer this please?
We have a family friend living in France. She is Kenyan and has a french resident permit. She has a french baby, aged 1.
We want to invite her for a holiday to the UK.
Can she get an EEA family permit as the parent of a french national, for a short visit?
The french father would not be coming, and they are not married.

No, she can't. The child is not in UK and is not exercising its Treaty rights. As far as I recall, EU law does not allow child sponsorship.
