Hi, I want have some information, I'm French and i lived in England since one year, I just receive my presettle resident status in England. I have a relationship with an asylum seeker from Sudan since more than 2 years. He doesn't have yet his resident status. I want know if we can do a civil partnership here in England and if we can marry. So legalize our relationship and if this legalization can help him in his status? Thanks for your reply and help

I am not expert but civil partnership can have problems on going you will be required to submit extensive proofs. But if you get married the start can be little problematic but later process will be alot easier
