Hello all, I have been trying to fill in this application form for my husband since October. We were in Italy and Portugal for a total of 20 years. Now back in UK. When my husband came, they gave him EAA stamp in passport but am worried it will run out. Does it only last for 6 months and what happens then, regard him working? Especially if I haven't heard back from pre settled application?
My question is, what evidence did you send from the EU host country? I have so much stuff.
The stress is killing me and have had to leave my job as a result.

There is no need to be killed by stress. It's not that complicated.

Italy and Portugal for a total of 20 years

For the purpose of immigration to the UK, this doesn't mean anything. What it relevant is:

- What was the last country you live in together?
- Does he hold an Article 10 card delivered by that country?
- What's his citizenship?
- When did you fill the pre-settled application? Was it paper or online?
