But sadly got divorced,.. divorce certificate issued in August 2015..she applied for pr and was refused due to not able to provide her ex husbands 5 yrs wage slip..she was issue with ROR in 2018. Now her ex husband have Permanent residency, , my question is,, can she now apply for permanent residency based on her ex PR?

I think she can apply for sattle status as she lived as eea family member for over 5 years and even when she got ror in 2018 I'm sure she can be settled in uk

Thanks for your help..Actually she was refused PR in 2015, she appeal in court and was not successful,, her lawyer adviced her to reapply for ROR, .she applied again and got 5 yrs ROR. Her ex husband applied last year for PR and was successful. .can she now apply for permanent residency based her ex husbands PR?

I want to know if she will have to wait for another 5 yrs from 2018 when she was issued a 5 yrs ROR before she can apply for PR or can she apply for her pr now using her ex husbands PR.?

PR will be difficult in your case so i recommend apply SETTLED STATUS . if you can hold of your sponsor PR PHOTOCopY that would help you a lot

Thanks so much for your reply,, currently she holds a 5yrs ROR , issued in 2028...now the ex husband have a permanent residency and will to exist her with it...they are divorced since 2015, . Or she must wait untill her 5 ROR has been spent?
