Hello, I just need some information about eea family resident card. My brother applied for EEA RESIDENt card but after passing 4 and half month my brother even did not receive biometrics letter.nor they take the payment from account is there any serious problem for my brother that he cannot receive biometric letter thanks

He can use mobile app its called eu exit easily can download in android and ios and he will get pre settle status card. He must contact home office

The app is only for EU Settlement Scheme applications and the op seems to be applying for EEA card under Article 10. You also can’t use the app itself if you are not from EEA or don’t have RC issued by UK.

As an extended family member you can’t apply for EUSS unless you already have EEA RC

@op - this isn’t normal. Money shall be taken within first week. You can wait another month for 6 months timeframe, you can withdraw your application and apply again.

From my experience, HO is in general following the same timeline for everyone: payment within a week, bio within 3 weeks, COA - 1-1.5 months. If this isn’t happening after 4 months, something is horribly wrong. Did your brother make a valid application? What is his immigration history?

Hello my brother first apply for EEA FAMILY PERMIT then he and then they arrive in Uk and his wife start working and then they apply for EEA RESIDENT CARD. but our solicitor did not respond also . We receive confirmation letter but no biometrics letter and they did not even take the payment . It is horrible
