EU settlement Scheme + convictions

Hi dear members,
I came to the UK in 2012. I have had below conviction and fiscal fine:
I received a letter on September 2017 about an offence that happened in July 2017. I was offered a fiscal fine which I paid.
Second offence was a traffic offence that happened in January 2014. I disagreed and went to court. Unfortunatly i was sentenced on May 2014. Sentence was £200 fine and 6 points on my license.
When applying for settlement status, do I need to mention above conviction and fiscal fine?
Thank you for your help
