hi everyone hopefully you are all having a nice time
i have a question
what will happen when home office withdraws from hearing
basically i applied for my brothers eeu extended family member,he got refused at first without right of appeal,then tribunal allowed appeal,
we had a hearing in two week in court but today received a letter from home that they have withdrawn the appeal
i am bit confused what will happen next,what to expect
