I’m maried since June 2018 I’m French ( married in France ) my husband is Algerian , I’m living in UK since august 2018 I’m working full time my application for pre settlement was successful, my question : my husband arrives to London last week he cross the border without visa on flight connection : New York - London Gatwick , then Heathrow- Paris.

He want to stay with me in UK we are already married I’m have currently 4 pays slips and pre settlement statu we can provide mariage certificate also. I want to know how long it will take for him to get His 5 years residence card as family member of eu national.

My husband Nationality : Algerian
He hold French residence card
He is already in UK without visa or eea family permit
