2 days ago, the Home Office quietly updated it's guidance on UK Citizens using the Surinder Singh route to bring non UK spouses and partners home to the UK with them after working in the EU.
The hated "Centre of Life" requirements are gone !

This is the best news I've had all year, I've been fighting for my wife's right to accompany me since December 2019, and every application and appeal was turned down SOLELY on the centre of life requirements.
