under 21 year old spouse

Dear forum members
Is it possible for a 19 year old to apply for pre settled status as the spouse of an EU member.
The online application only appears to recognise her as being the child or grandchild of an EU national.
For 'type of application' question, the only options are:
- get same status as your parent, or
- apply using your own residence if you do not have their UAN reference
Can anyone help with this?
