Eu settlement scheme permit for family

Hi I would like to know some info.
would be much appriciated.
I am non eu national got per settled status will be settled in june and my wife is eu national got settled status. we been living in uk.
i would like to apply for my parents who lives in india under euss family permit.
just wanted to check if anyone has done it and also if we need to show dependency( as its assumed in this category).
