EU Settlement Scheme Resolution Centre Not Accepting Paper Applications

Hi,
Is anyone else having this issue?
I wrote to their email service and I just get copy paste answers saying it's fine and to use the EU EXIT app but I can't since my application requires a paper application.
How are we supposed to apply to the EUSS i they are not accepting post?
It is surely discrimination to continue to process applications via the app but not paper ones?
People might say "just wait" but I cannot wait as I need the Certificate of Application to prove my right to work, visa is expiring soon, etc etc.
Anyone else in the same boat?
