Hi am new to this forum, as I will like to ask about the possibility of my application for a residential card as an EU family member (unmarried partner& we both had a child and we live together ) which I just applied myself in March 2020, and I had my biometric done and my application is pending am only waiting for decision to be made, what is the possibility that my application will be granted after submitting the following documents below
MY PASSPORT
PARTNER PASSPORT
PASSPORT PHOTOS OF ME & MY PARTNER
LETTER OF HER SETTLED STATUS
BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF OUR CHILD
HER PAYSLIPS 6 MONTHS
LETTER FRM HER EMPLOYER
BANK STATEMENT
4month utility bills at same address
Family photos
Family letter from the gp

An unmarried durable partner needs to apply for an EFM Residence Card before s/he can apply under the Settled Status scheme.
