Eu settlement scheme parents

Good evening to all
Actually I am non eu and my wife is eu we are living together for 7 years now as unmarried couple and got three children we both got settled status under eu settlement scheme I want to bring my non eu parent in UK so my questions are
Q1. Is it possible to apply for dependent parents under euss as we are unmarried couple but they are dependent on us?
Q2. DUE TO CORONAVIRUS WE HAVE LOST OUR JOBS AND JOW I AM WORKING part time and we claimed universal credit does it effect euss family permit application..?
All advises will be much appreciated thank u?

They will have to apply as Extended Family Members of the EEA citizen, as you are an unmarried couple. You will need to demonstrate that they are dependent on the EEA citizen.

They can't apply under the EEA Settlement Scheme (as you are an unmarried couple), but as EFMs under the EEA Regulations.

Reading your circumstances, the chances of such application working are close to zero.

As non-EEA yourself, you cannot sponsor your parents. So your wife has to support them using the EEA EFM application:

For EFM, the standard of proof when it comes to dependency is high. She needs to demonstrate that she has been been financially supporting them for a while or they are/have been part of her household.

As she is not working, this level of dependency is not easy to prove. But to be honest, a lot of EEA EFM are refused even when dependency is demonstrated. It's usually not enough to show a few Western Union receipts to get the EEA permit.
