Settled status

Dear all,
I am a PR card holder as well i am a non eea citizen, i have had 2 non custodial convictions in past 3 years as per the suitability requirement it says 3 or more convictions for people living less than 5years would be refered to IE. I would like to get expert help in my case what are my chances to get SS

Non-custodial convictions shouldn't affect SS, but this is a grey area so suggest you consult a lawyer.

Settled status granted non eu with convictions

Dear all,
As we have very few people talking about criminality records. Here is my story i am a non eu pr card holder applied for settled status on 16 jan 2020. I had 2 criminal convictions one community service in 2016 and the other for drunk driving in 2019. Both i am ashamed of and have come clean on drinking for past 1.5 years. Dues to my last conviction i applied for settled status instead of BC. I got email to explain more about the convictions which i did . I got settled status today on 11 may 2020.
