Hi guys .. can anyone please tell me
If i can apply to EU SETTLEd/pre settled status as spouse of EU citizen. We both live in the UK and she works here. previously i got refused a residence card under EU Fm case back in 2018. Is it possible to apply under EU settled/pre settled status without any residence card or valid visa.

That's a bold statement. The Home Office is not going around refusing EEA FM for married couples. They have only few options really:

- They think your relationship is not genuine
- They don't think your EEA sponsor lives in the UK/Exercise Treaty right

What happened in 2018?

There is no point going through the EUSS scheme without working out what happened in 2018.
