EUSS Deadline June 2021?

Hi All,
I am non-eu citizen living with my wife (eu citizen) in London.
My wife has got settle status and i've got pre settle status expiring in March 2022.
As HO will introduce new immigration system in 2021 and i doubt EESS scheme will be replaced with the new immigration system as i think it won't be valid after June 2021.
Can pre settle Status holder apply for settle status in 2022 under the same EUSS?
Thank you

30 June 2021 is the deadline for EEA citizens to apply, whether it is full or pre-settled status.
The Settled Status provisions (Appendix EU) will remain as far as one can know - as you need five years residence to qualify for full status.
As you have to apply for full status you and everyone else is well advised to keep an eye on the regulations which may change without any prominent announcements ahead of your application date.

How many months in advance can i apply for Settle Status before my current PSS expired?
i.e My company can ask me to update my immigration status document at least 3 months before it expires.
I don't want to lose my job if i apply exactly same month my RC expires then my company will not excuse me to carry on my job in the comapny without any formal immigration document.

I know something under UK immigration law you can submit your application at least 3 or 6 months advance before expiry! I hope there is something like that for EUSS too.
Sorry, If you did mind i repeat the same reply above to another user as i am really worried to not my job in the future.

Does anyone have any firm idea on what might replace the EU Settlement Scheme Deadline, for EU and non-EU spouses planning to move to the UK in 2021?
