I am in process of divorce, I am married with EU National almost 4 year now and got my pre settled status. Yesterday I have spoken to EU Settlement Scheme centre and got very strange answer from them.
The lady told me over the phone I do not need to apply again for my pre settled status.

When I asked her when I can apply for my settled status than she told me,when I have my decree absolute straightway I can apply for settled status if I am in UK for last 5 years. I confirmed whit her again are you sure she said yes. I do not need to wait for my 5 year completed after marriage. Marriage should last at least 3 year.

Anybody have same experience with this?

any advise on this please. I have received my Final divorce on Friday. Don't know what to do next. I came in UK 2010 got married with my EU partner July 2016.

Have you applied again after the divorce ?
EU settlement scheme they are not gonna to issued new PSS!. Because you already have one!! You can't apply for pre-settled twice !!
Your pss based on your ex-wife but when you're ready been granted nothing to worry about!!
as far I know you have to complete 5-years then apply for settlement under retained right residence
