EEA Family Permit(Extended FM)

Hi,
I am an EU national with Settled Status.I'd like apply for EEA Family Permit for
my brother and his wife.I'm wondering
a) How likely would it be succeed for extended family member and,Can I apply for my
brother and his wife together ?
b) what kind of documents will make the applications more practical and do
you recommend that I should apply for it through a solicitor? Thank you .

What proof do you have that both of them are dependent on you?

I have money transfer receipts for one year to my brother.since his wife is also dependent on him,is it ok only to send money to my brother's name.

Hi,
I am an EU national with Settled Status in the UK.
1) My non EEA brother wants to apply for EEA Family Permit as an Extended
Family Member.
2) Can my brother apply for EEA Family Permit with his Non EEA wife,or his wife
needs to apply for an EEA Family Permit separately
3)I have sent money only to my brother,and all the money transfer receipts are in his
name.So how can brother's wife apply for EEA FP application?

Why is brother and wife dependent on you? the money you send is for what. can brother and wife live without money you send them.
will be challenge case because must have solid proof why are you supporting brother and wife and how old is brother as is not minor child.
is brother and wife working?
