Hi Guys,
I have been granted Pre-settled status this month.
My 5 years in the UK are complete next month.
Do I now apply for settled status or ILR?
Or settled status than ILR?
Any tips would be appreciated.

Short answer:
Go for Settled status.
Long answer:
"ILR" has been used in the context of two different and separate immigration routes: One route is for EU citizens and their family members (called Settled Status); and the other is the general UK immigraiton route for any other nationality (not known by any other name than simply ILR).
So, Settled Status
is the name for ILR for EU and non-EU family members of EU citizens. Since you are under Surinder Singh, this is the route for you.
The other "ILR" is in any case much more expensive than the Settlement Scheme: £2.5K per applicant.
So your answer is, you re apply to the Settlement Scheme in the exact way you did for your Pre-Settled status, once you believe your 5 years are up.
Just keep in mind you might need to wait a few weeks. Read this case from someone who could not apply since it seems the system to covert Pre-setled into Settled is not ready yet:

Hi Everyone,
I have been granted Pre-settled status under SS rules. (I had to fill out a paper form)
This month will mark my 5 years in the UK, and I would now like to apply for settled status.
Does anyone know the procedure for converting from pre-settled to settled status? Do I have to fill out a paper form because Of Surinder Singh rules or can I now do it online because i have the biometric pre-settled card?
I look forward to hearing from you guys.

If money was not an option is better to go for the ilr or settled status?
I am a surrender singh applicant so will need to fill out a paper form, am I eligible for ilr?
I understand that I can apply for citizenship straight if I get The settled status, but will I be able to apply straight away if I go the ilr route?

Agree with
kamoe. Settled status is appropriate. If you choose the expensive SET(M) application, then they may refuse without a refund or offer to place you on the 10 year route under
D-ILRP.
As your spouse is British, you
don’t have to wait 1 year on settled status before Naturalisation.

Hi Vinny,
I did not know they could refuse the application as well.
Is there a precedent for this or is the refusal something that does not happen to everyone?

The reason I keep asking about ilr is because it can be decided fairly quickly if I pay for the fast track, and I would just like to get it over with ASAP.

What is the application for ILR that you mean?

I meant indefinite leave to remain. I know the option for settled status is available but I really don’t want to wait 2 months before I can apply for citizenship.
If I have a chance of getting the ilr I would prefer that route as it is much quicker.

Which application for ILR are you thinking of?

The general immigration route. The one that was available before settled/pre-settled.

If you are on the Appendix
EU route, then you don’t satisfy the prerequisites for the
SET(M) route.

SET(M) requires previous successful
spouse or/and
FLR(M) applications under Appendix
FM and to have held the appropriate leave for at least a continuous 5 years period, etc.
