3 months and no CoA

I applied for Settled Status with a paper application as a Chen carer back at the end of May 2020. Two weeks later the passports were returned with the papers for a biometric appointment, which I had done the next day. That was three months ago, and I haven't been issued with a Certificate of Application yet. I called up after a month and they told me not to worry, the biometrics are important and take some time. I find it hard to believe it would take three months - it's not like they are looking at the actual 50 page application document. Should I worry? Should I keep calling the helpline?
My daughter, who my application is based on, had a CoA immediately after her online application was submitted, with the Settled Status granted a few weeks after that.
