Hello All,
I have applied for parents and brother under EU settlement scheme (my wife sponsor) . However ,today I received refusal on email about my brother that he is not a close family member (our mistake I should have applied as an extended family member ) . All three applications went together but only recieved brother decision on email . Do they send decision on email for parents under EU settlement scheme ? All three acknowledgment email came at once after biometric so I was expecting decision together. I am just wondering only brother decision recieved on email .

They generally send a refusal as soon as they find one reason to refuse, so it probably just means the others are still being decided. Re-submit the brother's one corrected ASAP.

Yes thanks, I will re-apply as I thought he is under 18 so used EU settlement scheme . I will apply as an extended family member. I think there is no point sending email on paid services as they sending same response to everyone .I did my parent enquiry on paid email service, it's being considered and waiting for decision. Seem an automatic reply .
