Applied from Ethiopia for European Settlement Family Permit for two teenage step daughters, mother already has PSS, step father has Settled Status.

Reason for refusal, recently issued birth certificates not accepted as proof of relationship.

Is DNA the only solution for this? Does anyone happen to know where is best place to do DNA in Ethiopia? I have contacted Worldwide DNA, just wanted to check any alternatives.

Check UKVI accredited DNA companies. Only reports from them will be accepted. If you google, it will come up. Two of them are Anglia DNA and Cellmark. Good luck.
