Hello
I am a Spain National living in the UK and hold pre-settled status.
Recently my wife and children (Pakistan National) came to UK on a 6 month visa as EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME FAMILY PERMIT.
Please can anyone tell how could I extend their visa which are due to expire on 2/2/2021?
Thank you for help

It's not a visa - wife and children should apply for pre-settled status.
The family permit allows you to come into the UK.

Call them and ask them for paper application form.
Why? They cannot apply via the app but they could apply online+post / online+document scan.

Do you hold British citizenship? I don't see your case falling under Surinder Singh if you are Spanish.
Apply online for your wife and kids using the EU Settlement Scheme route.

The Surinder Singh comment did not come from the OP.
