I am an Irish national living in the UK.
I want my brother(Indian national, living in India) to join in the UK via EEA Family Permit for extended family.

I wish to know the deadline for applying for EEA Family Permit for him.

The exact deadline has not been, to my knowledge, publicly communicated. We are largely assuming this will be on or shortly before December 31st 2020. This means two things:

1. It will not be possible to apply come January 1st 2021
2. The deadline might be before December 31st 2020; i.e. a date in mid December could also be likely

So anyone considering applying to any EEA documentation would be wise to do this ASAP.

Could you please advice me on my case:

1. I am an Irish national.
2. I have NI number.
3. I have worked only 2 months in Birmingham (Jan-Mar 2020). Then came back to Ireland (my UK work+accommodation was for 2 months). After that I went on holidays to India but got stuck in lockdown so could not come back and join my next job in UK.
4. I am currently living in Belfast. Is that fine for EEA family permit application or an address in Mainland England required?
5. I am actively looking for job in UK.
6. I have good bank balance for showing self-sufficiency

Could you kindly advice me on applying EEA family permit for my brother who is an Indian national living in India and financially dependent on me. He has never worked in life. I have 1 year of proof of sending him money via bank (2019/2020). He is living with parents(retired+on pension+own house).
Also advice me on documents I will need to produce.
