Hi friends
I just want to know can i open a bank account on Certificate of application CoA.
I applied as surrindar sing route.

Yes, I have seen a case where a bank opened an account with a CoA at the condition that the card is shown once the application is concluded.
So, it should be fine but the conditions are probably different from bank to bank. If you are referred by a client / family with an account in that bank, that can be helpful. Just give it a try and you will see.
