Hi Guys, quick question, do EU nationals needs an entry stamp to apply for the pre-settlement scheme?

My friend just arrived but he used the e-gates to enter hence no stamps, he will be studying here and working part time, can he only use the boarding pass alongside his other evidence to apply?

Thank you very much in advance.

Thank you, I was surprised when I heard that EU nationals gets passport stamp, hopefully UK citizens won't need a stamp when entering the EU after Brexit

EU passports are not stamped. Likely to change after 31st December though.
