Hi everyone,

I could really use some advice right now if anyone could help. I am a German citizen living in the UK with settled status. My son(non eu citizen) lives in South Africa with his mum.

I recently made application for EEA FAMILY PERMIT for my son's to visit me in the UK.

Timeline:
Bio: 26/10/20
CoA: 05/011/20 from HO Liverpool
First paid email 24/11/20
Got replied email that they are escalating 26/11/20

I'm yet to receive any update. Please advice what should I do at this point.
All relevant documents was provided during application.
