My name is kenny and i am a swede living in Uk on presettled status of EU. i will like to know how can i apply for child of over 19 years old who is living in africa. what kind of documents do i need to prove before submitting his non eu residence scheme permit.

On what basis is he coming to the UK? Is he your family member? Who is his sponsor?
Also, he will probably need to apply for EU Settlement Scheme Family Permit, not EEA Family Permit, which will soon be shutdown.
