Need an advice regarding EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status), will like to know if you have 'Leave to Remain which is about to expiry' are you entitled to apply for it, and if your application was declined will they revoke your Leave to Remain and is it worth applying for. Will be grateful if my question can be answer.

Also want to know the criteria behind this

What is your immigration history? Are you an EU citizen or non-EU family member of EU citizen? In that case you are actually required to apply.
