hi guys,

I have one urgent question.

I am a NON-EU (Pakistani) national and married to EU National (French).
we recently got married and applied for EEA (FM) Residence Card in Oct 2020.
My timeline

application posted: 30/09/2020
application received: 02/10/2020
payment taken debit card: 02/10/2020
Confirmation Email received: 08/10/2020
Biometrics letter: 20/10/2020
COA With Work received: 20/10/2020
Decision ??? Pending

my question
MY EEA (FM) Application decision is still pending with home office.
what after 31/12/2020 do I have to submit another application Pre settle status before 2021?
my Residence card application will still be valid after 31/12/2020?

You will be fine. Your application will be processed as if it was received before 31-12.

Upon receipt of a successful decision , you will need to apply for pre settled status.
