Residence permit UK

I'm an EU citizen got married to non EU citizen Indian at 2015 and she started living with me in UK since June 2015 as I have applied for her EEA FM and got BRP Family member EU residence 5 years about to expire 05-05-2021 . During this time I acquired British nationality what route should I apply for my wife to get permanent residency?

Lounes application. You need to call the EU resolution centre to get a paper form, as this cannot be done online.
