Hi all!
I am married to my italian wife and we have been living in the UK since december 2020.
She already has presettled status and I have sent my application and have done biometrics.

I have just received an email asking for more evidence with the following list:

EEA Sponsor full name and date of birth
What date did you come to the UK
What date did your EEA sponsor come to the UK
On what date did you meet the EEA national
Where did you meet the EEA national
If you met via the internet what date was this
What website was this on
Who established contact
What date did you first meet face to face
On what date did your relationship start
On what date did you decide to get married
On what date did you get married
What date did you start living together

I have entered to their website to see in what format I should upload this information.
Do I write a huge word document and then export it as a PDF?
I am assuming it is under relationship evidence. Am I right??
The evidence I have might be whatsapp conversations or pictures or documents, do I upload those within a PDF or a separate annex?
Also, I do not have physical evidence of everything they ask, in this case how do I proceed?

I know its a lot of questions so thanks for all the help!

PDF files.
Physical document - of what exactly?
Why are they asking for the name and date of birth of your sponsor? They should have a copy of her passport?...
Have you kept your boarding passes? Any proof of landing before 2021?

For example they ask for when we decided to get married or who established contact first.
I do not have any evidence of this. Especially since some stuff happened was 5 years ago..
So how do I go about showing that?

Are they asking for evidence or just dates? Most of those questions used to be asked when I was applying for EEA FP and EEA RC but most of them did not really require any proof. Well.. almost. I still have a lot if printscreens of WhatsApp chats and some photos to collaborate those.
