Guys could you please help me with this
Regarding with my settled status application they sent me the email below.
Before, when I was applying with my settled status there was a question if I have permanent residence card and I answered yes. But the real thing is I only have Biometric residence card and now I received this email below

“ Please provide us with:

Evidence that with regard to your financial and social conditions, or your health, you cannot (or, for the relevant period, could not) meet your essential living needs (in whole or in part) without the financial or other material support of your EEA citizen family member.

Evidence that support is (or was) being provided to you by the EEA citizen.”

Please help. Thanks!

Not clear what the issue is. It will help if you give the whole picture.
You can always start afresh and provide correct answers.

Sorry for the confusion, what I would like to ask is what kind of evidences should I provide?

Just to add, I'm already an independent individual and no longer living and relying with an EU member of my family here in UK.
Thanks in advance.

What is your relationship to your EU sponsor?

She’s my step mother.

I have pre-settled status since 2019
I’ve been here in UK for 5 years already

What is the date of issue of your residence card?
You have been granted a right of residence, not clear why they are asking for evidence of dependency.

Your answer above shows that you are a direct family member. It's getting more and more weird. Could you tell the whole story?
You gave false information about your status in your application. (permanent residence)

I came here in UK January 2016. I was 21 years old. My biological Father, my step mother(EU citizen) and I are living in the same flat.
Around May 2016-(until now), I got my own decent job and no longer dependent with my father since he is the one who's supporting me since I came here and not my step mother. The same year 2016 September, I got my Biometric Residence Card and by 2019 of May, I got my Pre-Settled Status.
Then, just last February(2021) I applied for Settled Status since I’ve been living here for 5 years now.

Then, 22nd of March(2021) they email me this
“ In order for us to complete your application we require additional evidence. You must reply within 14 days or your application will be decided based on the evidence we have available, this could result in your application being refused
Please provide us with:
Evidence that with regard to your financial and social conditions, or your health, you cannot (or, for the relevant period, could not) meet your essential living needs (in whole or in part) without the financial or other material support of your EEA citizen family member.
Evidence that support is (or was) being provided to you by the EEA citizen.”

Now, I don’t know what kind of evidence or documents shall I provide them. Could you please give me an example of this evidences?

And if it happens that I didn’t provide them the evidence they are asking, what will going to happen with my application?

Can I apply again if they refused my application?

Thank you very much to you all. I really appreciate your help.

I admit my carelessness with this one since I'm the only one taking care of this application I'm not aware of the aftermath. I ticked permanent residence card instead of biometric residence card. my bad

Start again, see what happens. Give the correct answers.
If necessary, can you show that you still live with your parents in the same flat? Any bills to your name?
