Marrying someone in the UK whose EEA-EFM application is in progress..

Hi,

Is is possible for a foreigner to marry someone in the UK while her EEA-EFM application is in progress. She has received her BRP and is just waiting for the Residency status to be updated in the passport.

Anyone aware of any issue occurring, the reason to ask this question is passport is required for both parties to submit marriage notification. As her passport has not yet been updated (no visa or residency permit in the passport) can this impact her marriage application.

If no one has any answer, any email where I can get this clarified.
