A non Eu husband just got Presettled Status through EU wife who has SETTLED STATUS under EUSS.
Non EU Husband wants to apply for EUSS Family PERMIT for his 20yrs son who is in Africa.

1. Is proof of ACCOMMODATION mandatory for couple to succeed in getting EUSS FAMILY PERMIT for child?

2.Is it mandatory for couple to show proof of working.EU SPOUSE was recently made redundant and husband just got PRESETTLED n actively looking for wrk.

I think it must an EU citizen sponsoring a non-EU citizen - unless I'm mistaken.
The non-EU citizen cannot sponsor another non-EU citizen.

Yes,both the EU and Non EU spouse are doing the application a family unit
