Euss family permit

Hi all , so we done biometrics in Novoibirsk Russia for permit for my wife and step son .. recieved the not straight forward email which from other posts is pretty standard at this stage. Just wondering if its refused does the refusal email come pretty quickly, I dont mind waiting as once we will get it the wait will be worth it . Though it's now been 6 months since I seen my wife as travel wasnt a option with the virus . So if we dint get refusal email quickly is it more than likely a good sign . Thanks in advance
