DEPENDANT FAMILY MEMBER OVER 21 AND I NEED HELP PLS

Hi Great Seniors.
I have an unsettling issue and will need assistance.
I am a family members to an Eu national (stepDad) married to my mum. They both still married and i have been living with them since I arrived here in the uk.
I came here through family permit under 21 and got my residence card
Now I’m 26yrs and due for my settlement.
The concerns are
I have been working part time but still living with my parents.
My stepdad is a pensioner and my mum full time worker.
Both parents have their name on tenancy agreement
And all other bills.
I have a internet bill to my name in same household. And many other proof of address to my name.
I desperately need to know if I Qualify for settlement and what other information do I need to know. Should I use a lawyer to assist my process?
